Groups of 1 to 50 employees – Regence will quote, standard community guidelines apply.  Search letters are required if not the current Broker.

Groups of 51+ employees- Regence will not quote.
 

CURRENT REGENCE DIRECT GROUP REQUESTING AN ASSOCIATION QUOTE

Groups of 1 to 50 employees- Regence will quote if the group has been a member of the Association for at least 6 months.  Search letters are required if not the current Broker.

Groups of 51+ employees –  Regence will not quote
 

CURRENT REGENCE ASSOCIATION GROUP REQUESTING A QUOTE FROM ANOTHER ASSOCIATION

Groups of all sizes – Regence will quote if the group has been a member of the quoting Association for at least 6 months.  Search letters are required if not the current Broker.
 

NO CURRENT GROUP PLAN REQUESTING AN ASSOCIATION QUOTE

Groups of all sizes -  Regence will quote subject to normal underwriting guidelines.  No prior Association membership is required.  Search letters are not required.
